Tanya has been working as a REALTOR® helping clients buy & sell residential real estate in the Edmonton area since 2006. She began her real estate career mentoring with an independent real estate broker learning the essentials of the real estate business through job shadowing & hands-on training which helped propel her quickly to success:
Prior to her real estate career, she spent 3 years working as a Marketing Manager for MacEwan University (Centre for Sport & Wellness). She also worked for 3 years as the Event Coordinator at Skills Canada Alberta and as the Communications and Event Coordinator for Edmonton’s Downtown Business Association.
Tanya loves helping people and is a huge advocate of everything Edmonton! She is excited to be helping clients understand & navigate the city’s ever-changing real estate market and looks forward to many successful years ahead helping people to buy and sell in this fast-growing, amazingly diverse city.
Katherine has been in the real estate industry in varying capacities since 2012. Being a long-time assistant to a successful realtor and mortgage broker, Katherine is well-versed in all facets of buying and selling your home. She has developed a passion and a strong understanding of the Edmonton and area real estate market and is keen to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with buyers and sellers alike.

Joel was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He has been around the real estate industry most of his life. Growing up, Joel watched his father become a successful real estate agent, wishing one day he could do the same. Now, he is living his dream - he truly loves helping people buy and sell homes! Also, he has become one of his own clients, investing in multiple properties along the way.
Joel started his real estate career at Century 21 All Stars Realty from 2004 to 2019. In an effort to provide more service, flexibility, and value for his clients, he decided to open a real estate brokerage - Tactic Realty. From 2019 to present, Joel continues to serve his clients at Tactic Realty.
The foundation of Joel’s business was built upon pre-planning and goal-setting. He values creativity and continual learning and is always refining and developing new systems, services, and checklists to better serve his clients. It is Joel’s desire to give his clients the same excellent service he would expect if he were buying or selling a home. Joel lives by the golden rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
